“Soft Power”
Updated: Dec 26, 2021
I don’t know one herbalist who doesn’t have this herb in their collection. 🥁🥁🥁Chamomile Flowers! They have been used for centuries all throughout the world dating all the way back to Egyptian times. The flowers and the upper half of the plant are used. They are such a beautiful white flower with a yellow center, resembling daisies. (Daisies are my favorite flowers) I love seeing these flowers in flower gardens on my walks during summer and early fall.

“Soft Power” was a term said by popular herbalist Rosemary Gladstar. Chamomile is such a gentle herb that even babies can use it. This herb is used for many different ailments. It’s gentle properties allow us to use it in our skincare. It calms skin issues like acne. Chamomile is so great for the plants that grow around it. It creates a tranquilized environment for others to thrive around them. What a great neighbor!!
Chamomile vibrates the feeling of calm, serenity, and emotional balance.
Internally, chamomile nurtures relaxation, assists with headaches, and calms the digestive tract, cramps, and other gastrointestinal disorders.
Perfect to sip in a tea and who can resist its honey like taste. I have jars of chamomile that I open up every once in awhile just to smell the aroma. The smell itself is so calming. It’s one of the main herbs I use in our blends Self Love and Winter Solstice, a new blend coming out soon called Relief and many others in the future.
If this isn’t convincing enough on how great this plant is, maybe a little magic can convince you... Chamomile is said to attract money!!! CHACHING!!!!!!
